Job Responsibilities

- Monitor and ensure product quality as per company standards and specifications.
- Conduct inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
- Identify quality issues, defects, and non-conformities and take corrective action.
- Coordinate with Production and other departments to resolve quality-related issues.
- Maintain quality inspection reports, test records, and other documentation.
- Ensure proper implementation of SOPs and quality control procedures.
- Conduct root cause analysis and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Monitor rejection, rework, and wastage and suggest improvements.
- Ensure measuring and testing instruments are properly maintained and calibrated.
- Participate in internal quality audits and support continuous improvement activities.
- Prepare daily/weekly quality reports and update records in ERP/software.




- Ensure compliance with customer requirements and applicable quality standards.

Skills Required

- Knowledge of Quality Control and Quality Assurance.
- Valuable understanding of inspection and testing procedures.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/software.
- Problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualification

- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or relevant Engineering field.
- Experience in manufacturing/production industry preferred.
