Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and patient-focused General Dentist to provide comprehensive dental care, diagnose oral health conditions, develop treatment plans, and perform routine and restorative dental procedures. The candidate should have good clinical skills, patient communication, and a commitment to delivering high-quality dental care.

Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and oral health assessments.
- Diagnose dental conditions and prepare appropriate treatment plans.
- Perform routine dental procedures including:
- Scaling and polishing
- Dental fillings and restorations
- Simple extractions
- Root canal treatments as per competency
- Temporary and permanent restorations
- Crowns and bridges
- Dentures and other basic prosthetic procedures
- Handle dental emergencies and provide appropriate immediate care.
- Review patient medical and dental history before treatment.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and treatment notes.
- Take and interpret dental X-rays and other diagnostic records as required.
- Refer complex cases to specialists when necessary.

Patient Management

- Explain diagnosis, treatment options, procedures, costs, and expected outcomes clearly to patients.
- Obtain appropriate consent before treatment.
- Build trust and maintain a positive patient experience.




- Provide proper pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions.
- Conduct follow-ups and monitor treatment progress.
- Address patient concerns professionally and promptly.

Treatment Planning & Case Coordination

- Prepare comprehensive treatment plans based on patient requirements.
- Coordinate with specialists for multidisciplinary cases.
- Discuss appropriate treatment options with patients and support informed treatment decisions.
- Follow up on pending treatment plans and appointments.
- Coordinate with the Front Office and Clinic Administration team for smooth patient scheduling.

Clinical Quality & Compliance

- Follow clinic SOPs, infection-control procedures, sterilization protocols, and safety standards.
- Maintain proper clinical documentation.
- Ensure appropriate use and maintenance of dental instruments and equipment.
- Follow ethical standards and applicable dental regulations.
- Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.

Teamwork & Professional Development

- Work closely with Clinical Heads, specialists, dental assistants, and clinic administration.
- Participate in clinical meetings, case discussions, and training programs.
- Support junior dental professionals when required.




- Stay updated with current dental techniques, materials, and treatment protocols.
- Contribute to maintaining high standards of clinical service and patient satisfaction.

Required Qualification

- BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) from a recognized institution.
- Valid Dental Council registration.
- 0–3 years of clinical experience preferred.
- Freshers with valuable clinical knowledge and communication skills may also apply.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate should be a clinically competent, responsible, patient-friendly, and target-oriented General Dentist who can independently handle routine dental procedures while ensuring excellent patient care and maintaining the clinical standards of the organisation.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
