We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding customer requirements, presenting suitable property options, and converting prospects into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up with potential customers through leads, calls, and meetings.
- Understand clients' property requirements and suggest suitable projects.
- Explain property features, pricing, payment plans, and other details.
- Arrange and conduct property/project visits with clients.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing leads.
- Negotiate and assist customers throughout the sales process.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth closure and documentation.
Requirements :-
- 0–3 years of experience in real estate sales or related sales roles.
- Real estate experience will be an added advantage.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-handling and follow-up abilities.
