- Manage and train a team of housekeeping staff, including housekeepers, room attendants, and laundry staff.
- Plan and assign work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and productivity.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained throughout the property, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed, including cleaning products, linens, and other housekeeping supplies.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure all areas are properly cleaned and maintained to high standards.
- Respond to guest complaints or requests for additional services, and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as front desk and maintenance, to ensure a smooth and seamless guest experience.
- Maintain records of housekeeping activities and provide reports to senior management as needed.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve housekeeping efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
