Job Description – Field Supervisor (SCM)

Position: Field Supervisor – Supply Chain Management (SCM)
Location: Plot No. A-1, Industrial Park, Wazirabad, Tehsil & District Fatehgarh Sahib, Punjab – 140406
Salary: ₹23,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Department: SCM

Job Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day field and SCM operations.
- Coordinate material movement, loading/unloading, and dispatch activities.
- Monitor inventory and ensure proper material handling.
- Coordinate with warehouse, transporters, vendors, and internal teams.
- Ensure timely receipt and dispatch of materials.
- Maintain daily records, reports,



and documentation.
- Monitor manpower and allocate work as required.
- Ensure compliance with company safety and operational procedures.
- Identify operational issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Report daily activities and operational updates to the SCM management.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate/Diploma preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in field supervision, warehouse, logistics, or SCM operations.
- Candidate must have their own bike for field travel. Fuel expenses will be reimbursed/taken care of by the company.
- Positive knowledge of material handling and basic inventory processes.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel.
- Ability to manage manpower and work under pressure.
- Candidates familiar with the Fatehgarh Sahib/Wazirabad area will be preferred.
