Tejo Vriksha Crafts Studio is looking for a passionate and talented Clay Statue Sculptor to create high-quality handcrafted sculptures for our premium collections. If you have an eye for detail, strong sculpting skills, and a love for traditional Indian art, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Sculpt highly detailed clay statues, figurines, and miniature models.
- Create traditional Hindu deity idols, cultural figurines, and decorative sculptures.
- Develop sculptures from concept sketches, photographs, or reference images.
- Maintain accurate proportions, facial expressions, anatomy, and intricate details.
- Prepare sculptures suitable for mould making and production.
- Repair, refine, and finish sculptures before moulding.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop new product collections.
- Ensure consistent quality and timely completion of assigned projects.

Required Skills

- Experience in clay sculpting (Air Dry Clay, Oil Clay, Terracotta Clay, or similar sculpting materials).
- Excellent understanding of human anatomy, drapery, ornaments, and facial expressions.
- Ability to sculpt both miniature and medium-sized statues.
- Strong observation and creative visualization skills.




- Knowledge of mould-making processes is an added advantage.
- Experience in sculpting Hindu deities, traditional Indian art, dolls, or collectible figurines is preferred.
- Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Diploma or Degree in Fine Arts, Sculpture, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Minimum 1–3 years of sculpting experience.
- Freshers with exceptional sculpting talent and a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.
