Key Responsibilities

- Perform daily testing of gold electroforming bath
- Check and maintain gold concentration (g/L)
- Check pH, temperature, conductivity and solution density
- Test and monitor required bath chemicals/additives
- Perform titration and volumetric analysis
- Operate and understand AAS (Atomic Absorption Spectrometer)
- Test gold concentration using AAS and maintain calibration records
- Prepare standard solutions and laboratory reagents
- Maintain records of gold added, gold deposited and gold remaining in solution
- Monitor electroforming bath condition and identify abnormal test results
- Coordinate with production team for bath corrections/additions
- Maintain daily bath-analysis reports
- Maintain chemical consumption and additive records
- Test rinse/recovery solutions for gold where required
- Assist in gold recovery and solution-loss control
- Follow proper chemical handling and laboratory safety procedures
- Maintain calibration and testing records for laboratory instruments

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
