Key Skills & Responsibilities :--2+ years of experience in IT infrastructure support. -Infrastructure Monitoring

-Ticket Handling
-Server Administration
-Desktop Support
-Active Directory

Education :- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology from a recognized university in Computer Science, IT, Electronics & Telecommunication, Cybersecurity or Information Security / BCA / MCA.

Preferred Certifications :-
-ITIL Foundation
-Microsoft Fundamentals
-CompTIA A+ -RHCSA
