Role Objective

Ensure smooth coordination with external authorities and timely completion of all government, licensing, regulatory, and statutory requirements for the hospital/company.

Key Responsibilities

Government Coordination

- Liaise with government departments, authorities, and management.
- Follow up on licences, registrations, approvals, renewals, and certificates.
- Maintain professional communication with concerned officials.

Licences & Compliance

- Track hospital licences and statutory approvals.
- Coordinate for Drug Licence, PNDT, Fire, Pollution, BMW, Pharmacy, Ambulance registration, etc.
- Ensure timely renewal of expired documents.

Documentation

- Collect and submit required documents to concerned departments.
- Maintain records of applications, receipts, approvals, agreements, and correspondence.
- Keep updated status reports of all pending applications.

Follow-up

- Regularly visit offices when required.
- Follow up with officials and concerned persons until matters are completed.
- Escalate delays or issues to management.

Hospital/Company Coordination

- Act as a bridge between management, hospital departments, consultants, lawyers, agencies, and government offices.
- Arrange meetings and inspections with concerned authorities.





Inspection Support

- Coordinate government/department inspections.
- Ensure required documents, registers, staff, equipment, and facilities are ready before inspection.

Reporting to Management

- Provide daily/weekly updates on pending licences and approvals.
- Immediately report any major issue, notice, objection, or compliance requirement.

Skilled Conduct

- Maintain confidentiality of company documents and information.
- Communicate professionally with officials and external agencies.
- Avoid unauthorized commitments or financial transactions on behalf of the company.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Administration, Law, or Healthcare Management).
- 8 + years of experience in government liaison, compliance, or regulatory affairs.
- Strong knowledge of hospital-related licences and statutory requirements.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to travel and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
