Role: Enterprise Architect – Digital Transformation
Experience: 15–30 Years

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead and drive enterprise-wide architecture strategy aligned with business objectives. The role will focus on digital transformation initiatives, business-IT alignment, and governance of the enterprise technology landscape.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in defining and implementing enterprise architecture strategies, working closely with senior business stakeholders, and leading large-scale transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement enterprise architecture strategy aligned with organizational business goals
- Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to translate business vision into technology roadmaps
- Lead digital transformation programs including application modernization, cloud adoption, and platform optimization
- Develop target-state architecture across business, application, data, and technology domains
- Drive enterprise architecture governance through Architecture Review Boards (ARB) and standardization frameworks
- Establish and monitor architecture KPIs to measure effectiveness, compliance, and business impact
- Lead application portfolio rationalization and modernization initiatives
- Evaluate and recommend technology platforms, frameworks, and tools aligned with enterprise strategy
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, security standards, and enterprise policies
- Provide architectural guidance for complex business problems and strategic initiatives
Required Skills & Experience
Enterprise Architecture
- Strong experience in enterprise architecture strategy and execution
- Hands-on experience with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF
- Experience in defining enterprise architecture roadmaps and target-state models
Digital Transformation
- Proven track record in leading digital transformation programs
- Exposure to application modernization, microservices, and API-driven architectures
- Experience with cloud transformation initiatives (AWS, Azure, or multi-cloud environments)
Business Alignment
- Strong ability to align IT initiatives with business objectives
- Experience engaging with stakeholders
- Exposure to business architecture, capability modeling, and operating models
Architecture Governance
- Experience in architecture governance frameworks and ARB processes
- Exposure to application portfolio rationalization and architecture compliance
- Ability to define KPIs and measure architecture effectiveness
Technology Landscape
- Knowledge of modern technologies including:
o Cloud computing
o APIs and microservices
o DevSecOps
o Data and analytics platforms
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in domains such as Manufacturing, Logistics, Telecom, or BFSI
- Knowledge of EA tools such as LeanIX, ArchiMate, or equivalent
- Exposure to data analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Awareness of emerging technologies such as AI/GenAI (good to have)

Education & Certifications
