About the Role

As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for handling customer travel enquiries, understanding their requirements, recommending suitable destinations and holiday packages, preparing quotations, following up with leads and converting enquiries into confirmed bookings.

You will work with customers as well as hotels, airlines, DMCs, visa teams and other travel partners to ensure a smooth travel experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle domestic and international travel enquiries.
- Understand customer requirements, budget and travel preferences.
- Recommend suitable destinations, hotels, activities and packages.
- Prepare customized quotations and travel itineraries.
- Follow up with customers through phone calls, WhatsApp and email.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, DMCs, visa teams and suppliers.
- Assist customers before, during and after their travel.
- Maintain proper follow-up and customer records.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.




- Stay updated about destinations, travel products and travel requirements.
- Build strong and long-term customer relationships.

Requirements – Freshers

Freshers are welcome to apply if they have a genuine passion for travel and tourism.

Preference may be given to candidates with:

- Degree or PG in Tourism, Travel & Tourism Management, Hospitality or a related field.
- Strong interest in domestic and international tourism.
- Willingness to learn different destinations and travel products.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a sales-oriented environment.
- Strong interest in developing a career in the travel industry.

Requirements – Experienced Candidates

Candidates with previous experience in travel sales, tour operations or travel consultancy are encouraged to apply.

Experienced candidates should ideally have:

- Good knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
- Strong product and package knowledge.
- Experience handling travel enquiries.
- Experience preparing quotations and itineraries.
- Good customer-handling skills.
- Strong follow-up and sales conversion ability.
- Knowledge of hotels, flights, sightseeing, transfers and other travel services.
- Ability to achieve sales targets independently.
