About the Role

We are looking for a strategic, creative, and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead the social media function for our digital marketing agency. This role goes beyond content posting—it requires someone who can build impactful social media strategies, manage multiple client portfolios, drive brand growth, and translate creative ideas into measurable business outcomes.

As a Social Media Manager, you will work closely with clients, creative teams, performance marketers, and account managers to deliver engaging campaigns that strengthen brand presence, increase audience engagement, and achieve marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies tailored to each client's business goals and target audience.
- Lead the planning, creation, publishing, and optimization of content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging channels.
- Manage multiple client accounts while ensuring brand consistency, content quality, and timely execution.
- Oversee monthly content calendars, campaign planning, and platform-specific content strategies.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, content writers, and performance marketing teams to deliver compelling creative campaigns.
- Lead brainstorming sessions for campaign concepts, trending content, influencer collaborations, and brand activations.
- Monitor social media conversations, engage with online communities, and maintain a positive brand presence.
- Plan and manage paid social media campaigns, including audience targeting, budgeting, optimization, and performance tracking.
- Analyze campaign performance using social media analytics tools and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Conduct competitor research, audience analysis, and trend monitoring to identify recent opportunities for client growth.
- Build strong client relationships by presenting strategies,



campaign reports, and recommendations confidently.
- Mentor and guide Social Media Executives, reviewing their work and ensuring high-quality execution.
- Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, AI tools, and emerging digital trends to keep clients competitive.
- Coordinate content shoots and work with creators, influencers, and production teams whenever required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3–6 years of experience in Social Media Marketing, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
- Proven experience managing multiple brands across diverse industries.
- Strong understanding of social media strategy, content marketing, branding, and community management.
- Experience managing Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other social advertising platforms.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills with a strong understanding of brand voice.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and social media reporting tools.
- Ability to interpret campaign data and make strategic recommendations based on performance.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Leadership skills with the ability to mentor team members and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling, content innovation, and audience engagement.
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar creative tools is preferred.
- Experience with influencer marketing and content production will be an added advantage.
