We're launching an AI & technology-driven real estate company looking for ambitious, people-driven Sales & Relationship Managers who close through trust and understanding - not pressure and who want a real path from performer to partner.

What You'll Own

- Convert qualified leads into successful property sales.
- Build lasting, trust-based customer relationships and recommend the right properties for genuine needs.
- Conduct customer meetings, property presentations and site visits across Pune. • Present projects, pricing and payment plans with clarity and confidence.
- Drive follow-ups, conversions and consistent sales performance.
- Coordinate with builders and internal teams for seamless closures.
- Leverage CRM, AI and digital tools to work smarter.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with builders & developers.
- Identify and onboard new projects and partnership opportunities.
- Conduct regular field visits, builder meetings and project visits across Pune.
- Negotiate commercial terms, brokerage and channel partnerships.
- Coordinate project pricing, inventory and availability.
- Support project launches and sales initiatives.
- Represent the company at builder meetings and industry networking events.

What We're Looking For

- 1–5 years in Real Estate / Hospitality / Retail / CRM.
- Strong communication(Hindi, English & Marathi preferred) , negotiation and closing abilities.
- Energetic, target-driven, technology driven and customer-first.
- Understanding of Maharera rules
- Comfortable with CRM, digital tools and field-based sales.
- Willing to travel locally across Pune for customer and site visits.




- Experience in Real Estate / Builder Relations / Channel Sales / Business Development.
- Solid builder/developer network in Pune preferred.
- Excellent networking, negotiation and communication skills.
- Comfortable with extensive field work and local travel.
- Confident in business meetings and commercial discussions.
