Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day electrical site activities.
- Execute electrical installation, testing, and commissioning work as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and other project teams.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, layouts, SLDs, and technical specifications.
- Monitor manpower, material availability, and work progress at the site.
- Ensure electrical work is completed within the scheduled timeline and required quality standards.
- Conduct inspections and identify technical issues or deviations at the site.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain site documentation.
- Coordinate with the procurement team for electrical materials and equipment requirements.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company/project procedures.
- Resolve site-level technical issues in coordination with the Project Manager/Engineering Team.
- Maintain proper records of measurements, materials, testing,



and commissioning activities.
- Liaise with clients and consultants during inspections and project execution.
- Ensure proper testing and commissioning of electrical systems before project handover.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical Engineering.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in electrical site execution.
- Positive knowledge of electrical installations, testing, and commissioning.
- Ability to read electrical drawings, SLDs, and technical documents.
- Good knowledge of electrical safety standards and site practices.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage site activities and work under deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
