We are looking for a responsible, organised and creative WhatsApp Order, Dispatch & Creative Executive. The candidate will manage customer orders received through WhatsApp, coordinate dispatch activities and create basic promotional content using AI tools and Canva.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage customer enquiries and orders received through WhatsApp

* Communicate professionally with customers and respond to their queries

* Confirm product, quantity, price, address and payment details

* Enter and update customer and order details in Excel sheets

* Maintain accurate records of pending, confirmed, packed and dispatched orders

* Coordinate with the billing, packing and dispatch teams

* Arrange courier bookings and update tracking details

* Share invoices, dispatch updates and tracking information with customers

* Follow up on pending orders, payments and customer queries

* Maintain daily order, payment and dispatch reports

* Use AI tools such as ChatGPT to create messages, captions and promotional content

* Use Canva to create product images, offer creatives and social media posts

* Edit product images, add text, logos, prices and offer details

* Resize creatives for WhatsApp Status, Instagram and other social media platforms

* Assist in sending product designs, offers and promotional messages to customers

* Maintain proper records of customer conversations and follow-ups

Required Skills:

* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including data entry, formatting, sorting and filtering

* Good knowledge of WhatsApp and WhatsApp Web





* Basic working knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini or similar platforms

* Ability to write effective prompts and generate useful content using AI

* Good working knowledge of Canva

* Ability to create and edit basic product images and promotional creatives

* Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English

* Basic computer, email and internet knowledge

* Good typing speed and attention to detail

* Ability to manage multiple orders and tasks responsibly

* Good coordination, time-management and problem-solving skills

Qualifications:

* Minimum qualification: 12th Pass

* Graduates and freshers with the required skills may also apply

* Candidates with experience in WhatsApp order handling, Canva, AI tools, billing, CRM or dispatch will be preferred

* Candidates should be comfortable using computers and learning current software

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
