Zepfly is hiring a Growth Marketing Executive who understands modern brand growth beyond just running ads.
We are NOT looking for someone who only knows how to launch Meta campaigns.
We want someone who:
- understands consumer psychology
- studies successful brands
- thinks about virality and organic growth
- can combine content + growth + performance marketing
- understands both brand building and conversions
If you constantly analyze why brands grow, study marketing case studies, and think deeply about growth systems, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute growth strategies for D2C and service brands
- Manage Meta and Google advertising campaigns
- Work closely with content and creative teams
- Develop campaign concepts, hooks, and growth experiments
- Analyze audience behavior and improve conversions
- Build organic + paid growth systems
- Identify viral content opportunities and trends
- Assist in brand positioning and growth strategy
- Track KPIs including ROAS, CAC, retention, and engagement
- Contribute ideas for scaling brands aggressively
Requirements
- Solid understanding of performance marketing fundamentals
- Experience with Meta Ads and/or Google Ads
- Understanding of D2C brand growth
- Strong communication and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to analyze campaigns and consumer behavior
- Interest in branding, content, psychology, and growth
- Self-driven mindset with startup energy
Preferred:
- Experience working with D2C brands
- Understanding of organic growth and virality
- Experience collaborating with creators or content teams
- Familiarity with growth frameworks and marketing case studies
