Key Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting and typing legal documents, agreements, notices, affidavits, applications, and letters.
- Type and format legal documents accurately in MS Word.
- Assist advocates/legal professionals with documentation and case-related work.
- Prepare, organize, scan, print, and maintain legal files and records.
- Assist in preparing documents for court and government offices.
- Conduct basic legal research when required.
- Proofread documents for spelling, grammar, formatting, and typographical errors.
- Maintain confidentiality of client and legal information.
- Perform other administrative and clerical duties related to legal work.
