Store & Inventory Associate

Location: Manesar
Experience: 3–5 Years
Industry Preference: EMS / Electronics Manufacturing / Electronics Repair
Department: Stores / Inventory / Warehouse

Key Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day store and warehouse operations, including material receipt, storage, issuance, and stock movement.
- Receive incoming materials and verify them against PO, invoice, delivery challan, and quantity.
- Prepare and process GRN (Goods Receipt Note) for received materials.
- Maintain accurate records of inward, outward, stock transfers, and material issues.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure availability of required materials.
- Conduct physical stock verification and reconcile physical stock with system records.
- Maintain proper storage and identification of electronic components, spare parts, PCBs, consumables, repaired units, and other materials.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Repair,



Quality, and Accounts teams regarding material movement and discrepancies.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory and store reports.
- Track shortage, excess, damaged, rejected, and obsolete materials.
- Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO practices, wherever applicable.
- Maintain proper documentation for material receipt, issue, return, and transfer.
- Support stock audits and inventory reconciliation.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, labeling, bin management, and systematic arrangement of materials.
- Follow company procedures related to inventory control, safety, and documentation.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
