Job Description – Two-Wheeler Workshop Manager

Position: Two-Wheeler Workshop Manager

Experience: 3–10 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day workshop operations and technician performance.
- Possess strong technical knowledge of two-wheelers and workshop processes.
- Drive workshop revenue through paid services, repairs, labour and parts sales.
- Increase paid service volume, customer retention and repeat business.
- Monitor job cards, billing, productivity, service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure timely delivery of vehicles and maintain workshop discipline and safety standards.
- Achieve monthly workshop revenue and service targets.

Required Skills:

- Strong technical and diagnostic knowledge of two-wheelers.
- Good leadership, team management and customer-handling skills.
- Proven ability to generate workshop revenue and increase paid services.
- 3–10 years of relevant two-wheeler workshop experience.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
