Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Field Collections to manage field collection operations and lead collection teams. The candidate will be responsible for achieving recovery targets, improving team productivity, and ensuring smooth field operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end field collection operations.
- Lead and manage Collection Managers, Team Leaders, and Field Collection Executives.
- Drive monthly collection and recovery targets.
- Monitor team productivity, collection efficiency, PTP, RPC, and recovery performance.
- Develop effective strategies to improve collections and reduce delinquency.
- Conduct regular field visits and monitor team performance.
- Manage high-value and overdue collection cases.
- Ensure proper allocation of accounts and territories.
- Handle customer escalations and operational issues.
Candidate Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in Field Collections.
- 2–3 years of experience in a managerial/senior managerial collection role preferred.
- Kannada language is mandatory.
- Robust knowledge of field collection and recovery processes.
- Proven ability to achieve collection targets.
- Excellent leadership and people-management skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Willingness to travel as required for field operations.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
- Conduct performance reviews and coach collection teams.
- Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical collection practices.
- Coordinate with internal teams and senior management to achieve business objectives.
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
