- Assist in day-to-day warehouse operations including inward, storage, and dispatch
- Support inventory tracking and maintain accurate stock records
- Help in stock counting and periodic inventory audits
- Assist in picking, packing, and labeling of orders
- Coordinate with transporters and vendors for timely dispatch and delivery
- Track orders and update status until final delivery
- Maintain documentation related to dispatch, invoices, and stock movement
- Support cold chain compliance (temperature checks and logs)
- Assist in handling returns and reverse logistics
- Prepare basic reports (stock, dispatch, and delivery status)
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or pursuing in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience (Freshers can also apply)
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management
- Familiarity with MS Excel and basic computer skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
