Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and sales-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online marketplace presence across Indian and international platforms.

The candidate will play an key role in driving online revenue growth, improving marketplace performance, increasing product visibility, and scaling digital sales channels. The ideal candidate should understand marketplace ecosystems, customer behavior, online selling strategies, and how to convert visibility into sales.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Management

* Manage and monitor online marketplaces such as Amazon (India n international) Flipkart, international marketplaces, and brand website

* Handle product uploads, listing creation, catalog management, and listing optimization

* Ensure product information, keywords, descriptions, pricing, and images are updated regularly

* Coordinate with marketplace account managers when required

Revenue Growth & Sales

* Work on strategies to increase online sales and marketplace revenue

* Identify opportunities for product growth, visibility, and higher conversions

* Plan and execute offers, bundles, promotional campaigns, and sales activities

* Monitor marketplace trends, competitors, and customer behavior





* Improve product discoverability through keyword optimization and marketplace strategies

* Assist in scaling products across domestic and international marketplaces

* Take ownership of monthly sales targets and growth objectives

Digital Marketing Support

* Understand basics of digital marketing, marketplace ads, and online consumer acquisition

* Assist in Amazon Ads / marketplace campaigns / promotional activities

* Coordinate with content and design teams for creatives, banners, and campaigns

* Support SEO optimization for listings and keywords

Operations & Reporting

* Coordinate inventory updates and stock availability

* Monitor reviews, ratings, customer feedback, and listing health

* Maintain sales reports, trackers, and marketplace performance sheets

* Analyze sales data and provide insights for growth opportunities

* Work closely with operations and logistics teams for smooth order fulfillment

Required Skills

* Strong understanding of online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms

* Sales-oriented mindset with understanding of revenue growth

* Good communication and coordination skills

* Basic knowledge of digital marketing and online sales strategies

* Understanding of marketplace listing optimization and product positioning

* Good working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets

* Ability to analyze sales data and marketplace performance

* Understanding of customer psychology and online buying behavior

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
