- Coordinate banquet events from setup to closing
- Supervise service staff, stewards, and other banquet team members
- Prepare function rooms, tables, chairs, décor, and equipment
- Coordinate with kitchen, sales, housekeeping, and event clients
- Ensure food and beverage service runs smoothly
- Handle guest requests and resolve service issues
- Monitor event timing, service standards, and cleanliness
- Check inventory and minimize wastage
- Prepare event reports and communicate operational updates to management
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
