Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Service: Warmly greet incoming guests, answer menu inquiries, offer recommendations, and ensure a memorable dining experience.

- Order Management & Billing: Take accurate orders using our Point of Sale (POS) system and handle cash or digital transactions.

- Food & Beverage Preparation: Learn and follow franchise brand recipes and standards to prepare high-quality coffee, teas, beverages, and quick-bite food items.

- Cleanliness & Hygiene: Maintain strict food safety and cleanliness standards across the counter, kitchen area, dining room, and service station.

- Inventory Support: Monitor stock levels of ingredients, cups, packaging, and supplies, reporting reorder needs to management.

- Daily Operations: Assist with opening and closing café duties,



including equipment cleaning and setup.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Education: Minimum 10th standard pass (12th standard or Diploma preferred).

- Language: Basic proficiency in local languages (Kannada / Hindi) and basic spoken English to handle orders.

- Attitude: Friendly demeanor, positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong team-player mindset.

- Flexibility: Willingness to work adaptable shift hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
