Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our real estate business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, taxation, statutory compliance, and providing strategic financial insights to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day financial operations and accounting activities.
- Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow reports.
- Monitor project-wise costs, profitability, and financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory regulations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
- Monitor accounts payable, receivable, and fund management.
- Develop financial controls and improve business processes.
- Prepare MIS reports and present financial insights to management.




- Ensure timely completion of audits and statutory filings.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (CA, CMA, MBA Finance preferred).
- Min 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Robust knowledge of financial planning, taxation, budgeting, and compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, ERP systems, and Advanced MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.
