- Enabletechnical and economic success of the software development projects forcreating Softwareas a Service (SaaS) applications
- Performproject management activities - planning, tracking, monitoring, and delivery -in accordancewith Agile/Lean practices
- Ensureadherence to timeline, quality, cost, and defined scope for assigned project(s)
- Ensureeffective use of project resources - people, hardware, software, infrastructureetc.
- Managerequirements of the product, prioritize, break them down into user stories and technicalstories.
- Managerisks and perform risk mitigation activities
- Performstakeholder management and customer engagement activities
- Collectrelevant metrics and drive continuous improvement activities in the project

- B.E/B. Tech/ MCA/ M.E/ M. Tech/MSc Computer Science
- 5+years of experience in software development projects including experience ofleading projects/modules.
- Mandatoryproject/team management experience with Cloud & IoT applications (AWS/Azure)for a minimum of 3 years
- Goodknowledge of the cloud technologies and cloud managed services - AWS &Azure;
- Exposureto electrical domain and energy market trends
- Solid project management skills, certifications will have added weightage
- Effectiverisk management & customer interfacing skills
- Strongknowledge and experience in Agile/DevOps practices
- Abilityto drive positive mindset and culture in the team
- Abilityto understand business needs and translate them into solutions
- Abilityto effectively communicate, influence, and interact with various stakeholders
