Kings Club is looking for a Event Management & Operations Specialist to plan, coordinate, execute, and manage member events, social events, family activities, celebrations, and club activations.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Plan & execute member and social events
Manage club activities, festivals & celebrations
Coordinate vendors, artists & event teams
Handle complete on-ground event operations
Coordinate with F&B;, housekeeping, security & maintenance
Manage event budgets, checklists & timelines
Drive member participation & engagement
Coordinate event promotions with the marketing team
Ensure premium member experience
Candidate Requirements
Education : 12th / Graducation with Excellent Verbal Skill.
Experience:
Minimum 1 to 3 years of hands-on event operations experience within a premium hotel, country club.
Schedule Flexibility: Readiness to work late hours, weekends, and holidays depending on event calendar densities.
