Nursing Superintendent

Experienced and dedicated Nursing Superintendent responsible for overseeing nursing services, ensuring high standards of patient care, and managing nursing staff across hospital departments. Skilled in staff supervision, duty roster preparation, quality assurance, infection control, patient safety, and coordination with doctors and hospital administration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate nursing services across all departments.
- Manage, guide, and evaluate nursing staff to maintain high-quality patient care.
- Prepare nursing duty rosters, shift schedules, and staff allocation.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, nursing standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor patient safety, infection prevention and control, medication practices, and nursing documentation.
- Conduct staff orientation, training, and continuing education programs.
- Coordinate with doctors, hospital administration, and other healthcare departments.




- Address patient and staff concerns professionally and promptly.
- Monitor nursing manpower requirements and ensure adequate staffing.
- Participate in quality improvement, audits, accreditation activities, and clinical meetings.
- Maintain proper nursing records, reports, and departmental documentation.
- Promote qualified conduct, teamwork, discipline, and effective communication among nursing staff.
