- Strong sourcing skills with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and ATS platforms.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- A knack for spotting potential beyond the resume.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a rapid-paced environment.
- A passion for creating inclusive hiring processes and diverse teams.
- Experience in Recruiting Automobiles and Manufacturing Openings
