About the Role

SMAAASH Entertainment is strengthening its Projects Team to support the execution of SMAAASH 2.0 and upcoming new projects.

The selected candidate will be responsible for day-to-day site execution, contractor coordination, quality and safety monitoring, project progress tracking and coordination of Civil, MEP, Interior and specialist FEC/gaming installations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day site execution and project activities.

- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants and internal project teams.

- Coordinate Civil, MEP and Interior works at project sites.

- Coordinate specialist FEC and gaming equipment installations.

- Monitor project progress against planned timelines.

- Monitor quality of work and ensure execution as per approved requirements.

- Coordinate site activities and resolve execution-related issues with relevant stakeholders.

- Support site safety requirements and ensure safe working practices.

- Maintain project reports, site updates and relevant documentation.





- Coordinate with the project team to support timely project completion.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Project Management or a related field.

- Relevant experience in site execution or project coordination.

- Experience coordinating contractors, vendors and consultants.

- Exposure to Civil, MEP and Interior works.

- Experience in FEC, gaming, amusement, retail, hospitality, entertainment or commercial projects will be an advantage.

- Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

- Willingness to work at project sites as required.
