Key Responsibilities

- Teach Chemistry for Grades 8–12 as per the CBSE curriculum.
- Prepare engaging lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and classroom activities.
- Develop students' conceptual understanding of Chemistry, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and scientific reasoning.
- Prepare students effectively for periodic assessments, internal examinations, and CBSE Board examinations.
- Conduct practical sessions, experiments, demonstrations, and laboratory activities to strengthen conceptual understanding.
- Ensure proper laboratory practices and adherence to laboratory safety procedures.
- Integrate technology, simulations, and innovative teaching methodologies into classroom instruction.
- Maintain student records, academic progress, attendance, and assessment reports.
- Conduct remedial and enrichment classes based on students' learning needs.
- Maintain effective classroom management and discipline.
- Participate in Parent-Teacher Meetings, school events, science exhibitions, competitions, and academic initiatives.
- Collaborate with coordinators and fellow teachers to achieve academic excellence.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Chemistry.
- B.Ed. is mandatory.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience teaching Chemistry in a CBSE school.
- Solid subject knowledge in Chemistry, including Physical,



Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry.
- Excellent classroom management and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Smart Boards, MS Office, Google Classroom, and digital teaching tools.
- Candidates with experience handling Grade 10/12 CBSE Board classes will be preferred.
- Immediate Joiners are highly preferred.
- Candidates from Thalambur and nearby locations will be preferred.
