* Job Summary:*

We are looking for result-driven Lead Generation Executive to support our Australian outbound calling process. The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and able to initiate conversations with potential clients to generate high-quality leads for the sales team.

* Key Responsibilities:*

1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective businesses/customers in the Australian market

2. Identify key decision-makers and generate qualified leads

3.



Set appointments or transfer hot leads to the sales team

4. Understand client needs and pitch relevant solutions/services

5. Follow up on leads and nurture prospects through multiple touchpoints

*Required Skills & Qualifications:*

1. Preferable Freshers & Experience both.

2. Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)

3. Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills

4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

5. Prior experience in B2B lead generation is a strong plus
