We are looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator – Mechanical to join our growing BIM delivery team in Chennai. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating mechanical BIM models, ensuring model accuracy, resolving coordination issues, and supporting the successful delivery of MEP projects.

Coordinate mechanical BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
Review and manage mechanical models for accuracy, quality, and compliance with project standards.
Coordinate mechanical systems with architectural, structural, electrical, and plumbing disciplines.
Identify, review, and resolve clashes and coordination issues.
Participate in BIM coordination and design review meetings.
Review drawings and model deliverables for consistency and accuracy.
Support BIM Leads and Project teams in meeting project requirements and deadlines.
Ensure compliance with BIM standards, workflows, and project-specific requirements.
Guide BIM Modelers in resolving technical and modeling issues.

Pay: From ₹70,000.00 per month
