*MANAGER/CARETAKER REQUIRED*

Job Description A well-maintained residential apartment complex in Kakkanad, Kochi is looking for a responsible and dependable Apartment Manager / Caretaker to oversee day-to-day building administration and ensure the smooth functioning of common facilities.

The ideal candidate should be courteous, organized, capable of working independently, and comfortable coordinating with residents, maintenance teams, and external service providers.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day administration of the apartment complex.
- Coordinate housekeeping, security, maintenance, and other service staff.
- Attend to residents' requests, concerns, and day-to-day requirements.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance of common facilities and liaise with external vendors and service providers when required.
- Monitor cleanliness, upkeep, and proper functioning of common areas and facilities.
- Maintain basic records, registers, documents, and administrative information using a computer.
- Report maintenance issues and important developments to the apartment association/management.




- Handle responsibilities independently and maintain a professional relationship with residents.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Ex-service personnel (Ages 45-55) preferred.
- Lady candidates (Ages 25-35) also encouraged to apply if they have office management experience.

Prior experience in apartment management, facility management, property management, or residential building administration will be an advantage. Candidates with previous experience as an apartment manager, caretaker, facility supervisor, property supervisor, or similar role are encouraged to apply.

Minimum Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Basic computer knowledge is essential.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Languages - Malayalam (Mandatory), English (Basic), Hindi (Advantage)

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
