Position: HR Executive

Industry: Solar / Renewable Energy

Location: surat

Experience: 1–4 Years

Key Responsibilities

· Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales, technical, site, warehouse, and corporate positions.

· Source candidates through Naukri, Apna, WorkIndia, LinkedIn, references, consultants, and social media.

· Conduct candidate screening, interviews, salary negotiation, and follow-ups.

· Coordinate interview schedules and joining formalities.

· Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.

· Handle onboarding, induction, employee engagement, and grievance management.

· Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.

· Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly HR and recruitment reports.

· Monitor employee performance, discipline, and company policies.

· Support payroll, incentives, and statutory HR activities.





· Develop effective strategies to reduce attrition and improve employee retention.

· Coordinate with field teams and site employees across different locations.

Preferred Skills

· Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong recruitment and negotiation skills.

· Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.

· Ability to handle bulk hiring and field-sales recruitment.

· Knowledge of HR policies and basic labour laws.

· Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

· Solar industry experience will be an advantage.

Qualification

MBA/PGDM – HR or Graduate with relevant HR experience.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
