BRANWOX is a branding, marketing and creative media agency building brands since 1998.

We work across branding, social media, performance marketing, creative communication and premium content production.

We are looking for a Performance & Social Media Manager who can manage the intersection between organic social media and paid digital marketing.

This is a hands on role suited for someone who understands that valuable marketing is not just about posting content or running advertisements.

It is about understanding the audience, creative, campaign, data and business objective together.

Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Marketing

- Plan and manage Meta advertising campaigns
- Assist with Google Ads campaigns where required
- Develop audience targeting strategies
- Monitor campaign performance
- Track leads, CPL, CTR, CPC and other relevant metrics
- Conduct creative and audience testing
- Optimise campaigns based on performance
- Prepare performance reports
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency

Social Media Management

- Manage assigned social media accounts
- Develop monthly content calendars
- Coordinate with designers and content team
- Schedule and publish content
- Monitor audience engagement
- Manage comments and messages
- Track content performance
- Identify content opportunities and trends

Strategy & Reporting

- Understand client objectives
- Translate business requirements into digital campaigns
- Analyse social media and advertising data
- Provide actionable recommendations




- Participate in client meetings where required
- Maintain campaign documentation and reporting

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, performance marketing or social media marketing
- Practical understanding of Meta Ads Manager
- Understanding of Google Ads
- Understanding of social media management
- Ability to analyse campaign performance
- Good knowledge of digital marketing metrics
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work with deadlines
- Good organisational skills

Preferred Skills

- Experience working in a marketing or advertising agency
- Lead generation campaign experience
- Knowledge of Google Analytics
- Understanding of conversion funnels
- Experience with social media analytics
- Familiarity with Canva
- Familiarity with ChatGPT, Claude or other AI tools
- Interest in creative strategy and content development
