We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to join our Interior Design team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business enquiries, meeting potential clients, promoting our interior design services, arranging site visits, following up with leads, and converting enquiries into confirmed projects.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, confidence in meeting customers, and a strong interest in sales and marketing.

Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Lead Generation

- Generate new leads for residential and commercial interior design projects.
- Identify potential customers through field marketing, referrals, social media, networking, property contacts and other channels.
- Develop relationships with builders, architects, real-estate agents, property dealers and other referral partners.
- Generate enquiries for services such as:
- Complete Home Interiors
- Modular Kitchen
- Wardrobes
- False Ceiling
- Sofa & Custom Furniture
- TV Units
- Wooden Flooring
- Wallpaper & Painting
- Window Blinds
- Office Interiors
- Commercial Interiors

2. Customer Handling





- Contact customers who enquire about interior design services.
- Understand the customer's requirements, budget, property size and expected completion timeline.
- Explain the company's services, designs, materials and pricing process.
- Build a robust relationship with prospective customers.

3. Site Visits & Client Meetings

- Schedule and coordinate site visits with potential customers.
- Visit customer locations when required.
- Take basic measurements/details and understand the client's requirements.
- Coordinate with the interior designer/design team for proposals and quotations.
- Attend client meetings and assist in presenting proposals.

4. Sales & Conversion

- Follow up regularly with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp and meetings.
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed interior projects.
- Negotiate professionally with customers while maintaining company pricing policies.
- Achieve monthly lead-generation and sales targets.
- Maintain a proper pipeline of prospective customers.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
