We are currently seeking an experienced and professional Senior Front Desk executive for our office - someone who can help make every patient feel welcome, valued, and well cared for from the moment they walk in.

Qualifications & Experience

Essential

- 3+ years in clinic/healthcare front desk operations (dental, aesthetics or dermatology or in any health care clinic or hospital)




- Confident with phone handling, WhatsApp Business and basic CRM use.
- Fluent in Hindi and English with a warm, professional communication style.

Preferred

- Experience in a premium clinic/wellness setup.
- Familiarity with digital payments, billing tools and appointment software.

- Solid sense of ownership and accountability.
- Calm, organised and composed under pressure.
- Sharp attention to detail in scheduling, billing, and record-keeping.
- Collaborative mindset; works smoothly with doctors, dental assistants and operations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
