Position: Civil Engineering Trainer – AutoCAD / STAAD.Pro / Revit / SketchUp

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Civil Engineering Trainer to provide practical, job-oriented training to civil engineering and diploma students. The trainer will be responsible for teaching industry-relevant software and helping students develop the technical skills required for careers in civil engineering, drafting, structural design, and BIM.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct practical training in AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, Revit and SketchUp.
- Teach students 2D drafting, floor plans, elevations, sections, layouts, detailing, layers, dimensions, blocks and plotting in AutoCAD.
- Train students in structural modelling, analysis and basic design concepts using STAAD.Pro.
- Teach Revit Architecture including BIM concepts, levels, grids, walls, doors, windows, floors, roofs, views, sheets, families and basic documentation.
- Train students in SketchUp for 3D modelling, visualization and presentation of building projects.
- Explain civil engineering drawings, construction drawings and industry drafting standards.
- Provide hands-on assignments and real-world project-based training.
- Guide students through complete projects from basic drawings to 3D/BIM models.
- Conduct practical tests, assignments and project evaluations.
- Help students develop technical knowledge,



communication skills and professional confidence.
- Maintain student progress records and provide regular feedback.
- Prepare students for interviews and entry-level jobs in civil engineering and design.

Required Technical Skills

Must Have:

- AutoCAD 2D
- STAAD.Pro
- Revit Architecture
- SketchUp
- Strong understanding of Civil Engineering drawings

- Quantity Estimation & BOQ
- Building Planning & Working Drawings
- Structural Design Basics
- BIM concepts
- Lumion / Enscape
- MS Office

Eligibility

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 1–5 years of relevant industry or training experience preferred.
- Candidates with strong practical knowledge and excellent communication skills may also be considered.
- Candidates should be comfortable teaching students through practical, project-based training.

Ideal Candidate
