LMH Saarthi is a fast-growing EdTech SaaS platform that helps coaching institutes, tutors, and schools launch their own branded online learning apps and websites. We are expanding our sales team across India and looking for motivated individuals who want to earn based on their performance.

Role Overview

As a Sales Executive, you will reach out to coaching institutes and tutors, explain the LMH Saarthi platform, give demos, and close deals. This is a fully remote role — you work from your phone and laptop, on your own schedule.

What You Will Do

- Reach out to coaching institutes, tutors, and schools via WhatsApp, phone calls, and video calls

- Explain and demo the LMH Saarthi platform to prospects

- Follow up with leads and convert them into paying customers

- Maintain a simple daily report of calls and conversions

- Meet weekly targets set by the team lead

What You Will Earn

Fixed Salary: Rs. 5,000 per month

Commission: 10% on every sale you close

Grow Plan (Rs. 4,999/year) — Rs. 500 per sale

Scale Plan (Rs. 9,999/year) — Rs. 1,000 per sale

Earning Examples:

10 sales/month — Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 15,000





20 sales/month — Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 25,000

40 sales/month — Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 45,000

No cap. No limit. More you sell, more you earn.

Commission credited weekly directly to your bank account.

Who Should Apply

- Fresh graduates or students looking for their first job

- Anyone with strong Hindi communication skills

- People with a network in coaching institutes or education sector

- Ex-teachers, coaching staff, or education professionals

- No prior sales experience required — we will train you

Requirements

- Smartphone with valuable internet connection

- Ability to speak confidently in Hindi

- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Meet or Zoom

- Minimum 4 to 5 hours available daily
