Position: Senior Media Buyer

Location: Work From Office (Wagle Estate, Thane)

Working Days: Monday – Saturday

Timings: 10 AM – 7 PM

Compensation: ₹60,000 – ₹80,000/month + Performance Bonuses

About the role-

We are looking for a Senior Performance Media Buyer who can independently launch, manage, optimize, and scale Meta advertising campaigns across multiple brands. This is a high-ownership, performance-driven role where success is measured by results, profitability, speed of execution, and ability to identify winning opportunities.

What you will be doing-

- Launch and manage Meta advertising campaigns across multiple brands
- Test creatives aggressively (10–20+ creatives per week per product)
- Identify winning ads using CTR, CPC, Hook Rate, CPA, and other key metrics
- Scale campaigns using ABO, CBO, Cost Caps, and advanced scaling frameworks
- Optimize funnels from landing page to checkout and upsells
- Work closely with the creative team to improve ad performance
- Analyze performance daily and make quick optimization decisions
- Manage multiple ad accounts and maintain account health
- Maintain tracking, attribution, and reporting systems
- Drive profitable customer acquisition and revenue growth

What we are looking for-

- 3–5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience
- Proven experience managing ₹50L–₹1Cr+ monthly ad spend
- Strong experience running and scaling Meta Ads campaigns
- Strong understanding of direct-response marketing




- Ability to make data-driven decisions independently
- Deep understanding of creative testing frameworks
- Experience with Shopify and D2C brands is highly preferred
- Strong ownership mindset and accountability
- Comfortable working in a rapid-paced environment

Must-have skills-

- Meta Ads
- Campaign structure and scaling (ABO, CBO, Cost Controls)
- Data analysis and performance optimization
- Creative strategy understanding
- Funnel optimization
- Tracking and attribution fundamentals

Good to have-

- Experience with TikTok Ads
- Familiarity with Triple Whale, Hyros, Northbeam, or similar attribution tools
- Experience with digital products, information products, or high-ticket funnels

- Revenue and profit contribution
- Testing velocity and iteration speed

IMPORTANT NOTE

This is a performance-driven role. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, moves fast, and drives results. If you prefer highly structured environments or require constant direction, this role is unlikely to be the right fit.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
