Hydemark Group is looking for a skilled Revit Architectural BIM Technician to support our projects from concept design through construction documentation.

Responsibilities

⁠ ⁠- Develop architectural models in Autodesk Revit

⁠ ⁠- Prepare plans, elevations, sections and construction details

⁠ ⁠- Incorporate markups, revisions and design comments

⁠ ⁠- Prepare annotations, schedules, sheets and revisions

⁠ ⁠- Coordinate architectural drawings with structural and MEP information

⁠ ⁠- Maintain clean and organized Revit models

Requirements

⁠ ⁠- Robust Autodesk Revit skills are mandatory

⁠ ⁠- 3+ years of architectural Revit experience preferred

⁠ ⁠- Good understanding of residential construction and detailing

⁠ ⁠- Ability to work accurately from sketches and markups

⁠ ⁠- Fast, organized and detail-oriented

Note: This is a Revit-focused role, not an AutoCAD drafting position.
