Galaxy Online Power System Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Retention Resource (CRR) to join our team.
Job Type- Full-time
Experience- 0–2 Years
Salary- ₹15,000–₹18,000 per month
Job Responsibilities
- Communicate with existing customers through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate support and solutions.
- Follow up with customers to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify customers who may discontinue services and take appropriate steps to retain them.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up details.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Meet assigned customer retention and engagement targets.
Requirements
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customers professionally and patiently.
- Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per hour
