Stipend: ₹10,000 per month

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Working Days: Monday – Saturday

About the Role

Kidvento is looking for an enthusiastic and driven HR Intern to join our People & Culture team.

This internship is designed to provide hands-on exposure to multiple HR functions and give the candidate an opportunity to understand how HR operates in a growing organization.

The internship will be for 3 months, with the possibility of a full-time opportunity based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Support Talent Acquisition and recruitment activities
- Source and screen candidates through various channels
- Coordinate interviews and candidate communication
- Support employee onboarding and documentation
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives
- Support HR Operations and HRMS activities
- Assist in Performance Management processes
- Maintain HR trackers, reports, and employee records
- Support employee communication and HR documentation
- Participate in People & Culture projects and initiatives
- Provide day-to-day support to the People & Culture team

Candidate Profile

- MBA/PGDM graduate with specialization in Human Resources
- Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of experience
- Robust written and verbal communication skills




- Comfortable interacting with employees and candidates
- Good interpersonal and relationship-management skills
- Proactive and willing to take ownership
- Strong learning agility and willingness to learn
- Basic understanding of HR processes
- Working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Internship-to-Full-Time Opportunity

This is a performance-based internship.

At the end of the 3-month internship, high-performing interns may be considered for a full-time opportunity with Kidvento.

Full-time conversion will not be automatic and will be based on:

- Learning agility and initiative
- Communication and collaboration
- Organizational fit
- Business requirements

The full-time role and CTC will be discussed separately with candidates considered for conversion.
