Responsibilities & Requirements:

 Any degree qualification with a strong interest or background in IT support.

 Minimum 1 year of experience in a Network Operations Centre (NOC) or IT

support role.

 Provide Level 1/2 technical support for network, desktop, and system-related

issues.

 Handle technical escalations related to network and desktop environments.

 Support and maintain Cisco/Juniper network infrastructure (certifications such as

CCNA/JNCIA are a plus).

 Experience in desktop/system support, including Windows OS and printer

support.

 Work with team members to ensure uptime and performance of the IT

infrastructure.

 Maintain proper documentation of configurations, incidents, and resolutions.

 Follow ITIL practices for incident, change, and problem management.

 Have a basic understanding of storage, backup, and archive systems.

 Good communication and teamwork skills.

 Able to work under pressure, with a willingness to learn and grow in a team-

based setting.
