Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the Group's digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Drive performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Plan and optimize lead generation campaigns to improve ROI, CPL, CAC, ROAS, and customer acquisition.
- Lead SEO, website optimization, user experience, and conversion rate optimization initiatives.
- Build and implement integrated digital branding and corporate communication strategies.
- Develop content marketing strategies including blogs, case studies, videos, email campaigns, brochures, and thought leadership content.
- Manage marketing automation, CRM integration, lead nurturing, and customer journey mapping.
- Monitor marketing performance using Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, CRM dashboards, and other analytics platforms.
- Prepare executive dashboards and provide data-driven business insights and strategic recommendations.
- Develop and manage annual digital marketing budgets while maximizing campaign profitability.
- Manage external agencies, media partners, technology vendors, and marketing service providers.
- Build, mentor,



and lead a high-performing digital marketing team while fostering innovation and accountability.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing/Digital Marketing/Business Management preferred.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, Salesforce, SEMrush, or similar platforms will be an advantage.

Experience Required

- 8–12 years of progressive experience in Digital Marketing.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Proven experience managing multiple brands, business units, or diversified organizations.
- Solid expertise in performance marketing, SEO, analytics, marketing automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
