Brand & Marketing Generalist – LBK Essentials

Job Description

Luxe by Kan is looking for a smart, proactive and digitally savvy Brand & Marketing Generalist to work closely on LBK Essentials.

This is a hands-on generalist role covering marketing, social media, WhatsApp marketing, coordination, research and day-to-day brand projects.

We’re looking for someone who is well-spoken, confident, organised and comfortable with technology — someone who can learn quickly and take ownership rather than needing constant instructions.

What you’ll work on:

- Assist with social media planning and execution
- Coordinate content, shoots, designers and campaigns
- Assist with WhatsApp marketing and customer campaigns
- Support product launches, offers and brand activations
- Conduct basic market and competitor research
- Track marketing activities and performance
- Assist with hiring and coordination when required
- Manage Google Sheets, documents, presentations and basic digital tools
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT for research, ideation and everyday work
- Take ownership of small projects from start to finish

What we’re looking for:





- 0–2 years of experience — freshers with the right skill set can also apply
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Confident communication and professional presentation
- Valuable basic computer skills
- Comfortable with Google Workspace / Sheets
- Basic understanding of AI tools and willingness to learn
- Organised, proactive and highly responsible
- Good general awareness of social media, brands and digital marketing
- Someone who can work independently and figure things out

This is NOT a warehouse, logistics or back-office operations role.

We’re looking for someone who is comfortable working on marketing, technology, communication and brand-building tasks.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Rajouri Garden, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
