1. Customer Communication & Support

- Attend inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Provide accurate, timely, and effective resolutions to customer queries and concerns.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through courteous and empathetic communication.

2. Email Correspondence

- Draft and respond to customer emails with clarity, professionalism, and accuracy.
- Ensure all email communications are grammatically correct, well-structured, and aligned with company standards.
- Respond to customer emails within the defined turnaround time (TAT).

3. Deposit & ROI Calculations

- Calculate customer deposits as per the system-defined Rate of Interest (ROI).
- Verify calculations for accuracy before communicating details to customers.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and financial guidelines.

4. Data Management & Reporting





- Utilize Microsoft Excel for maintaining customer records, preparing reports, and performing data analysis.
- Apply basic Excel formulas and functions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure customer information is updated and maintained correctly in internal systems.

5. Communication Excellence

- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Maintain a qualified tone and positive attitude during all customer interactions.
- Effectively explain company policies, products, and services to customers.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
