To support our employees' physical health and reduce workplace fatigue, we are hiring a qualified and professional Massage Therapist to join our in-house employee wellness team.

Job Responsibilities:

· Provide on-site physical relief and massage therapy to manufacturing plant employees.

· Focus on relieving muscle tension, fatigue, and strain caused by repetitive factory work.

· Perform professional modalities such as Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, or Chair Massage safely.

· Maintain a clean, hygienic, and skilled designated wellness room within the factory premises.





· Keep a record of employee sessions and understand their physical strain areas to provide targeted relief.

Requirements:

· Must hold a valid Certificate or Diploma in Massage Therapy / Physiotherapy / Naturopathy.

· Proven experience as a professional massage therapist or wellness therapist.

· Strong professional ethics and excellent interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work comfortably in a manufacturing/corporate campus environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
