Senior QA Engineer -

- Define and implement test strategies, test plans, and QA processes across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

- Perform and oversee manual testing, API testing (Postman), regression, integration, and performance testing.

- Collaborate with Product, Development, and DevOps teams to identify risks early and ensure quality delivery.

- Track, manage, and report defects using Jira and ensure proper closure before release.

- Validate system performance, scalability, and reliability through load and performance testing.

- Ensure release readiness and quality standards are met before deployment.

- Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and testing methodologies.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in Manual Testing (Web & Mobile – Android/iOS).

- Hands-on experience with API Testing using Postman.

- Experience in Load & Performance Testing.

- Good understanding of SDLC and STLC processes.

- Proficiency with Bug Tracking tools such as Jira.

- Basic knowledge of SQL / MySQL for data validation.

- Solid team leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.

- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
